What are the age limits for renting a car?
The minimum age limit is 25. For under 25s special insurance conditions may apply. There is no top limit as long as you have a valid driver's license.
Are our cars safe and in good condition?
We are the first car hire company which employs a fully qualified MOT inspector. All cars are given a full health check in-between each hire. Our goal is to protect you and your family.
Can I request the type of the car that I am booking?
Yes, you can request the car group and the type of gearbox – manual or automatic. Please note that cars are booked by groups not makes and models.
Do I need to have a credit card to rent a car?
You do not have to have a credit card to rent a car from us. However, we may ask you to leave us a returnable deposit on collection of your hired vehicle.
What if the car breaks down?
Do not worry! We provide you with 24hrs Breakdown Service. Whenever and wherever you are, you will be looked after.
Are there any hidden charges to your quoted price?
No nothing, what you see is what you get.
What is included with the car hire price?
Your contract includes Fully Comprehensive Insurance, Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, V.A.T., all local taxes, breakdown service, unlimited mileage, delivery and collection from and to your selected location.
Can I drive the car to the northern, occupied area of Cyprus?
No, because of few reasons: INSURANCE (no insurance covers you across the Green Line), SAFETY (half of cars over there are with the steering wheel on the left, NO BREAKDOWN service available).
What type of child seats can you provide me with?
We have a full range of child seats available. Just let us know whether you need a toddler seat, a booster or a regular baby seat and it will be supplied Free of Charge.
I am disabled. Can you help me?
Of course! Just let us know and we will meet you to help you with your luggage, wheel chairs etc. on your arrival and departure.
Can I collect the car from the airport and leave it there last day?
Is there any extra charge for that?
There is no extra charge for collecting-returning the car at Paphos Airport. For Larnaca Airport additional charges may apply.
